During event: manage a networking schedule across keynotes, sessions, luncheons, and evening events; host introductions; walk the show floor to spark conversations; engage prospects at relevant booths; coordinate content capture such as filmed interviews for future use
Engage with locals who may or may not be attending the Conference but could be a great time/place to connect
Post event: follow up sequences, booked meetings, pipeline review, and a simple results summary
