Sales as a Service - Outreach and Advisory
Do you work commission only?
I do not. Commission only does not fund the proactive work required to create momentum. It tends to produce passive introductions rather than active pipeline. If you want action and measurable progress, a retainer is the right foundation. We can add performance fees on top so our incentives are aligned.
How soon until first booked meetings?
It depends on your market, proof points, and average sales cycle. Some meetings can book the same day we kick off. Others take time as we validate targets and messaging. I keep you updated every step and we adjust together if something is not landing.
What counts as a booked meeting or demo?
We define this together at kickoff. A common default is: correct role, mutual interest confirmed, agreed agenda, calendar invite accepted by both parties, and live attendance. My goal is to connect you quickly. Unless you hire me to own the full sales cycle, I will introduce on the first call and return to outreach so we keep momentum.
Will you work in our CRM?
Yes. HubSpot and Salesforce are supported. If you use another system, I can work in it with a short orientation. By default I operate from HubSpot and provide light entry to your CRM for paid opportunities if you request it.
What tools do you use for outreach?
HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, supported by my personal network for authentic, bespoke introductions.
What cadence should we expect?
Weekly working session with clear actions and outcomes, plus midweek syncs as needed.
Training and Workshops
Is your training off the shelf?
No. All training is custom. I build to your goals, roles, and examples so people can use the material the same day.
How do you deliver training?
Live virtual via Zoom or Teams, or in person by proposal. Sessions can be single workshops (90 to 120 minutes), short series (2 to 6 sessions), or half day/full day formats.
Do you provide materials?
Yes. Customized slides or workbook PDF, templates and checklists, and simple scorecards. Practice prompts and role plays where helpful.
Can sessions be recorded?
Yes, if you choose to record on your platform.
Conference Readiness and Representation
Can you support us remotely, on site with our team, or on our behalf?
Yes to all three. I deliver remote planning and enablement, on site representation with your team, or on site attendance on your behalf including floor work and hosted introductions.
Can you represent us without our team present?
Yes. We will define a detailed scope, talking points, and escalation paths in advance.
How do day rates and evening events work?
Day rates are provided by proposal. Evening networking and dinners are available as a clearly priced add on. All travel expenses are reimbursed at cost.
What is your travel approach?
I prefer to arrive the night before an event begins. Host hotel is preferred when available. Nonstop flights are preferred when reasonable and available.
What do you need from us before the event?
Clear goals, target list, messaging and assets, schedule and badge details, access to any portals, apps or tracking websites that help provide guidance for the event, and a quick decision path for on site adjustments. I can also build or refine the target list and pre-event outreach runway.
What happens after the event?
Post event follow up sequences, booked meetings, pipeline review, and a simple results summary so you can see ROI.

General and Policies
Which industries do you support?
I work across industries and bring 35 years of experience supporting Fortune 1000 organizations.
How is pricing handled?
By proposal. Strategy and delivery are typically retainer based. Outreach can include performance options such as retainer plus booked meeting fee or retainer plus commission. Travel and event support are scoped as needed.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. NDA is available on request.
How do you handle data and privacy?
I handle client information, prospect lists, and CRM data on a need-to-know basis. Information is used only to deliver agreed services and is not shared outside your project team without permission. Additional data handling terms can be included in your agreement. All contractors and partners sign NDAs with QuartzConnect as well.
